Every member of staff was competent and attentive. The room was quiet with very clean beds and complementary tea and a storage etc. The location was unbeatable, for example, Atomic Bomb Dome was at a medium distance from the hotel. There was a lovely restaurant, a shopping village and a supermarket next door. The bar was pretty cosy.

Got the same japanese-style twin room booked online with sofa. Its staff was excellent and competent.

Marvellous and brilliant setting, I did not want to leave there.

The idea to include a microwave oven and refrigerators in the dormitory room was nice.

strongly recommend this place and would stay here again. the staff has always been very amiable and patient, and the facilities were well prepared. the room met what was needed, a nice size with shared bathroom.

Our hotel was in a marvellous location close to the train station. Decent sized unit in other japanese style bedrooms, we enjoyed it.

Everything was fantastic, personnel was competent. The room I got was absolutely perfect and decent sized with free tea, sofa and Japanese traditional beds. Perfect location close to a tram line, that was handy. I went to a nice restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the local dishes.

The location for Hiroshima was good and fantastic, really close to tram stop which is easy for the train station, the park and the downtown area and the Hiroshima memorial, museum. It also was easy to plan all sightseeing places.

The location was ideal, at a short distance from Shirakami-sha. The food was local with plenty of choice!

The rooms were reasonably spacious with shared bathroom with good beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to close to transport and local sights and easy to find, a quiet area close to the park and local sights. The food was good, had variety of options❤😀

We had a phenomenal stay at the guesthouse near the tram station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. It was just a short walk to the Peace Memorial Museum, and we loved being close to the vibrant nightlife. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, and we appreciated the lockers for storing our belongings. The common area and kitchen were perfect for socializing with other travelers. a fantastic experience!

The lack of an elevator could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage.

Very kind and helpful staff with very good english. They really gave us good tips for our local trip. The guesthouse is not a new one but ok with a well equipped kitchen and with a fantastic location. Double japanese style room is quite big and nice.

Room was too cramped.

The bunk beds were spacious and had curtains for added privacy. The lounge area was comfortable and the WiFi worked well throughout my stay. The staff were helpful and provided information on local activities.

The halls echoed, causing some noise disturbance. The shower took a while to warm up and the hallways were chilly in the morning.

Friendly hostel. Part of the hostel network. Free tea and coffee. Free Wi-Fi . I met some very nice people there. Really close to the A-bomb museum and park. Tram stop also very close. Definitelly place is worth considering if you enjoy hostel type of accomodation.
